Labour and Training Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labour and Training Specialist to join our client's manufacturing site in Carlisle. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in recruitment and training, with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include developing labour management systems, managing overtime spend, and implementing effective training plans.
About the Role:- Develop and implement labour management systems to meet business needs
- Manage relationships with agency providers and negotiate holiday group sizes
- Coaching and developing 3 direct reports, providing regular one-to-ones
- Proven track record in a FMCG or manufacturing environment, preferably with recruitment experience
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
