As an Organizational Performance Enhancement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our client's business operations. This role involves working remotely 4 days a week and on-site in Calderbridge, Cumbria for 1 day.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning and development solutions to enhance organizational capability
  • Support the administration of learning and development programs to maximize business outcomes
  • Extract, record, and present information from Personal Development Plans to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions
  • Liaise with external training providers to source high-quality learning experiences
  • Assist and support the development and coordination of Career Pathways to enhance employee growth
  • Provide administrative support to the Mentoring Scheme and advise on pairing
  • Produce management information to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and recommend improvements
Requirements:
  • CIPD L5 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience working as an L&D Professional
  • Knowledge and understanding of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions

The contract for this position is for 6 months with potential to extend, operating inside IR35. The estimated salary for this role is £24 per hour, reflecting the industry standard for this type of role.
