Principal Systems Governance Specialist

BAE Systems seeks a highly skilled Principal Systems Governance Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of complex systems and contribute to critical national projects.
This position involves identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards, creating and managing a risk-based audit schedule, and supporting inspections and recertification processes.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a STEM-related subject and proven experience managing engineering and quality governance activities within a complex software environment. They should also possess knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and exposure to Engineering Management Plans/Business Management systems/Operational Frameworks.
