Role Summary:
We are looking for a senior governance and assurance professional to join our team as an Engineering Assurance and Governance Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving transparency, standardization, and consistency across our Submarines network and systems. This is a challenging opportunity to contribute to a critical national project and shape the future of complex systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate emerging or existing compliance risks related to engineering and quality standards. You will develop and implement a risk-based audit schedule to support inspections and recertification processes, collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process performance and efficiency.
