Nurse Practitioner for Quality and Infection Control

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an Infection Preventionist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise and leadership skills.
About the JobThe Quality Assurance and Infection Preventionist Nurse conducts system reviews, audits, data collection, and creates reports to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. They also develop and implement policies and procedures, conduct training and education sessions, and lead QAPI initiatives.

About Qualifications- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific license.
- Infection Preventionist Certification; if not currently obtained, must be obtained within first six months of employment.
- Demonstrates leadership ability.
