Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Lead, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
