CV-Library is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to lead site quality arrangements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage site quality arrangements, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  2. Provide proactive support and guidance on quality management, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  3. Effectively manage and utilise assigned quality personnel, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Customers and Suppliers.
  5. Ensure quality requirements are defined and implemented through site induction and training processes.
  6. Establish clear communication channels with Customers and Suppliers, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution.
  7. Develop and implement auditing arrangements for site activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Manage site quality non-conformances/issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  9. Review and approve/accept Supplier quality arrangements, ensuring alignment with site/project requirements.
  10. Monitor progress against site quality arrangements, escalating concerns to Line Management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a Nuclear or highly regulated industry.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Knowledge of Customer quality requirements and ISO 9001.
Salary: £68,000 - £88,000 per annum
