Job Title: Product Quality Coordinator

About Us
We are a leading manufacturer of architectural hardware, operating a nationwide service with a strong focus on product consistency and customer satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Your Role
As Product Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. This includes overseeing product quality control, CF12 documentation, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). You will work closely with the Product Team Manager to develop and implement processes to drive continual improvement across the department.
The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be expected to gather and collate product data from suppliers, manage data requests, and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong MS Office skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
