We are seeking an exceptional Principal Systems Governance Specialist to join our team, providing assurance and governance expertise across our engineering operations. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in shaping the future of complex systems and contributing to critical national projects.

**Responsibilities**

  • IDentify and manage emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards
  • Assist in the creation and management of a risk-based audit schedule, supporting inspections and recertification processes
  • Support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice
  • Review governance structures and arrangements to ensure responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness

**Requirements**

  • Educated to degree level in a STEM related subject
  • Proven experience of managing engineering and quality governance activities within a complex software environment
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001
  • Exposure to Engineering Management Plans/Business Management systems/Operational Frameworks
