Job Overview

We are a growing company looking for a skilled Voice Systems Specialist to join our Service Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining the overall performance of our voice network.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and install voice mail and IVR systems.
  2. Configure and manage IP call processing equipment and contact centre/ACD equipment.
  3. Maintain and troubleshoot voice gateways and IP networks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hands-on role supporting/installing IP telephony systems.
  • Good working knowledge of IP Networking and troubleshooting.
  • Experience of dealing with Routers, Firewalls and network configuration.
  • Experience of troubleshooting/resolving data related issues.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including an additional day off to celebrate your birthday, life insurance, and EAP – 24-hour support to help with all of life's challenges.
