Job OverviewWe're looking for a talented Senior Global Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with global clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Account Management: Foster strong partnerships with key global clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to ensure alignment with our EAP and wellbeing services.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive sales strategies that incorporate client insights and market analysis, executing these plans to achieve sales targets and expand our global footprint.
- Budget Management and Retention: Oversee a multi-million dollar budget and drive client retention, ensuring full accountability for meeting financial targets.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities, utilizing this knowledge to position our EAP services advantageously in the market.
- Prior experience in account management or sales, preferably within the EAP or related industries.
- A proven track record of managing global accounts and achieving or exceeding sales and retention goals.
- Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and high-profile accounts with significant financial responsibility.
- A strong understanding of the EAP and wellbeing market and the specific challenges faced by organizations in managing employee well-being.
- The ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
