This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Senior Account Director. You will be responsible for developing opportunities and driving growth across designated strategic client accounts and new logos. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling IT services and leveraging business development opportunities to work closely with our most strategic customers.
  • Delivering transformational IT service solutions that enable customers to accelerate transition journeys.
  • Tailoring IT services to address the unique needs and challenges of clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth within our strategic customer accounts and new logos.
  • Collaborating with the pre-sales team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Leading the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Developing strategic account plans for each customer account.
  • Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Proven success in strategic account management, preferably within the IT/Technology sector.
  • Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
