We are seeking an experienced and skilled Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve providing efficient and effective customer-focused support to our services, working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of our services and the organisation.

Working Arrangements

This role will require you to work on Mondays and Wednesdays at Crudie School and Tuesdays and Fridays at Fintry School. We may consider a split if the preferred candidate only wants 9.9 hours in one of the schools.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. The successful candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. In addition, if the individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum. As a valued member of our team, you will also be entitled to a range of benefits including generous annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to training and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience in a similar position and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to quality service delivery and have a basic knowledge of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act.
