At Pearson Carter, we are seeking a skilled Crm Data and Loyalty Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in D365 CE to drive business growth through data analysis and campaign management.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and a proven track record of creating engaging marketing strategies. They will be responsible for continuously analysing data to identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations for new campaigns. Additionally, they will manage our global CRM strategy across email in alignment with business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £70K depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday and flexible working hours. The role requires three days working in the office, located in Bicester and Trafalgar Square.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of data to inform sales strategies and identify upsell opportunities
  • Management of global CRM strategy across email
  • Creation of engaging and personalised email campaigns

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience working with Dynamics CRM/D365 CE
  • Experience in Luxury, Retail, or Automotive industry essential
  • Track record working with commercial teams and web agencies successfully
