About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team at Zoho Corporation B.V. As a key member of our presales team, you will play a crucial role in driving adoption and supporting Account Managers in building stronger relationships with their accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with our presales team to create comprehensive solution diagrams and POCs that showcase the functionality and capabilities of Zoho Products.
  • Solution Assessment: Conduct feasibility assessments of new use cases for Zoho Products and provide solutions to address technical challenges or constraints.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed and comprehensive product demonstrations for existing customers to drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
  • Documentation: Draft comprehensive RFIs, RFPs, and post-workshop SARs based on customer needs.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on the features and functionalities of Zoho Products.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and implementation issues related to Zoho products.
  • Integration Support: Integrate Zoho products with other Zoho Products or third-party applications for customers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams and other teams to find solutions and address customer needs effectively.
  • Knowledge Base: Contribute to the team's Knowledge Base by sharing insights, best practices, and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in writing or debugging languages such as JavaScript, Java, C, Python, etc., and HTML & CSS.
  • Recent graduates and candidates with 1+ years of experience in a similar role would be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Products and the industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
  • Open to domestic travel for customer meetings.
