Care Home Infrastructure Coordinator

As a Facilities Manager at Gold Care Homes, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort, safety, and efficiency of our care homes' infrastructure and facilities.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the maintenance of our care homes' facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage building maintenance, compliance, health and safety, and vendor relations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Schedule and oversee planned maintenance works, minimizing disruptions to care services.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure high standards of service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a healthcare or care home environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
**Compensation:** Up to £35,000 per annum + company car provision.
