We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker at Care Outlook LTD in the HILLINGDON area.

This role involves providing personal care, building relationships, and making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks such as washing, toileting, and dressing, as well as performing light housekeeping duties.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient approach, enabling them to form strong connections with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care needs (washing, toileting, dressing)
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Observe, monitor, and record client progress

Requirements:

  • Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and client needs

Working Hours:

  • Shifts available: 07:00am - 15:00pm, 07:00am - 19:00pm, 15:00pm - 22:00pm
  • Minimum availability: 20 hours

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide a comprehensive training program for all new starters.
