Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment.

Compensation Package

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses including a 5% retention bonus and up to 10% additional bonus for quality and retention. The estimated total earnings (OTE) for this position are £45,650.

Responsibilities and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
  • Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports
  • Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access
  • Valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre
Working Hours

This is a full-time role with 37.5 hours per week, working between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break. Flexible hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, considering both personal preferences and business needs.
