Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care Worker - Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide vital care and support to individuals with mental health needs, enabling them to live independently and make their own decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care and support to service users, promoting independence and choice.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a caring environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • An understanding of person-centred principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
