About the Job

CareTech Group is a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider offering Specialist Mental Health Services to adults.

This role involves providing person-centred care, supporting individuals with mental health needs. Our Support Workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual's needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.

We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working alongside Service Users to promote positive outcomes and independence.

Key Skills and Qualities
  • Experience in a caring environment preferred
  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Good communication skills, allowing engagement and interaction with Service Users
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work alone and as part of a team
  • Passionate about making a positive difference to someone's life
  • Good written skills
