An exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate support the Health Medics Team. The Office of the Medical Director is provides support for all operational specialties to advocate best practice for Medical and Dental rotas and job planning as well as Medics Rostering by identifying areas requiring additional support and establishing, undertaking and monitoring plans of improvement within these.

The Health Medics Facilitator will work under the leadership of the Health Medics Specialist to enable each specialty to proactively support their Medical and Dental workforce

The post is intended to support specialties to roster their valuable medical and dental resource to deliver their service plans, whilst maximising training opportunities and adherence to their contracts
