NHS CLINICAL FELLOW DIABETES & ENDOCRINE

The largest health organisation in Wales has appointed us to help recruit them a Clinical Fellow Diabetes & Endocrinology on an NHS Fixed Term or Substantive basis.

Full MCRP is not essential, however MRCP part 1 is desired.

The basis of the Clinical Fellow post is that the post-holder will be released from clinical duties for an average of 1 shift per week to undertake activities relevant to their chosen interest. This will usually be on a block basis to facilitate the arrangement of cover when necessary.

This innovative, exciting and newly created post has been set-up for doctors training in any of the medical specialties who wish to gain experience in Research & Development while starting/consolidating middle-grade responsibilities in a well supported environment of a friendly rural DGH.

This Health Board employs approximately 18,000 staff and has a budget of £1.1 billion. It is responsible for the operation of 3 district general hospitals as well as 22 other acute community hospitals.

One of the main attractions working in this location is the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful areas of the British Isles. This is an area of outstanding beauty with a National Park on its doorstep, as well as beautiful beaches and coastline.
