Job Description

As a key member of the Aviva team, you will oversee the technical health and operational performance of our SaaS technology components. This includes ensuring adherence to industry standards and maintaining the stability of our technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Develop an outcome-oriented product roadmap that aligns with emerging SaaS technology trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain operational resilience by ensuring our SaaS platforms operate at peak performance while adhering to IT risk, audit, and security standards.
  • Drive engineering excellence through high-performing teams by providing coaching, mentoring, and removing roadblocks to maximise SaaS capabilities.
  • Define and realise the target state architecture for our SaaS ecosystem by aligning with Enterprise Architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards.
  • Manage the SaaS platform in a cost-effective manner, streamlining resources and budget to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
  • A proven IT Service and Operational Resilience expert with experience ensuring SaaS ecosystems operate at peak performance.
  • Experience driving engineering excellence through high-performing teams and delivering outcome-oriented technology product roadmaps.
  • Ability to optimise resource management and hold vendors accountable while maintaining a curious and inquisitive mindset.
