Job Description

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personal care and practical support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication. You will also assist with household chores, meal preparation, and other activities that promote independence and dignity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure our staff feel confident and competent in their roles. We value compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills, which enable our care assistants to build trusting relationships with our clients.
