Regional Care Home Director

We are seeking an experienced care home professional to take on a Regional Manager role, overseeing five care homes in the North West and ensuring quality service meets company and CQC requirements.

About the Role
  • Line management of 5 care homes and home managers within the North West region.
  • Collaboration with line managers to support care home managers.
  • Audits and supporting home managers with all aspects of service within the homes.
  • Development of quality and improvement plans to meet and exceed company and CQC standards.
Package and Benefits
  • Annual salary: £60,000.
  • Car allowance: £7,200 per annum.

As a regional manager, you will play a critical role in leading our team of care professionals. We offer a competitive package, including an annual salary of £60,000 and car allowance of £7,200.
