The Home Care Packages Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality care services to our community. This position is responsible for managing Home Care Packages, developing strategies to improve service outcomes, and building strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of aged care principles and practices. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
