What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager with European language skills to join our expanding sales team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in sales who are fluent in at least one European language. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach across European markets and building strong relationships with international clients.

Note that we are currently not seeking to add to our German speaking team. All other languages will be considered.

Your mission: Promote Ikonic’s products and services, generate leads, and drive sales and profit within European territories.

Role Responsibilities – Sales Account Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed clients in European markets.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and a European language to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B cold calling and lead generation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development.
  • Handle new leads/enquiries via email and phone.
  • Regularly promote products and services to your client base.
  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks that align with our culture of helping others.


Person Requirements – Sales Account Manager:

  • Fluency in English and at least one European language (excluding German)
  • Confident, professional manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is customer-focused.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Aspiring for a career with high earning potential.
