Leadership Opportunity in Care Homes


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team and lead our five care homes in the North West region.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service and exceeding company and CQC requirements.


The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 plus a car allowance of £7,200 per annum. You will also have access to a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.


Responsibilities:

  1. To manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our five care homes in the North West region.
  2. To ensure that all care homes meet the required standards of quality and excellence.
  3. To work closely with our care teams to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as nursing or social work.
  • Proven experience of working in a care home management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
