Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour plus 15p mileage, guaranteed hour contract, and various benefits such as enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, and more.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant with us, you'll be supporting clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. This includes assisting with personal care, medication management, and practical tasks like shopping and mealtimes. You'll also have the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge within a close-knit team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior social care experience is necessary, but you'll need to be compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn. We're looking for individuals who can provide exceptional care and support to our clients.
