An estimated annual salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our reception team as a Peripatetic Front Desk Assistant. This is a part-time position, approximately 5 hours per week, with varied days Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across multiple sites, including Callaghan House, Dunford Medical Centre, Milnrow Health Centre, and Langley Health Centres.
- Providing a comprehensive clerical service to tenants and visitors.
- Supporting the management of appointments, patient records, and queries.
- Monitoring car parking facilities and making room bookings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be proficient in using basic IT systems and have a strong attention to detail.
