About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a care assistant. As an adult care support professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
