About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Year 1 class. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver personalized education plans, adapting resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
  2. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future support strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity within the classroom.
