Job Overview: We are currently welcoming applications from enthusiastic candidates to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker in Children's Residential care.

Requirements: 12 months experience in a Children's Residential Care role. Desirable: Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards this) and full UK driving licence.

What We Offer: £12.94 - £13.30 per hour (dependant on experience/qualifications), sleep-in rate: £30.00, OT Rate: 1.25 x hourly rate. Estimated Gross annual pay based on full-time hours + 10 Sleep ins: £30,215 - £30,964 (dependant on experience/qualifications).
