EF Education First is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accommodation Manager to join our team at our Bristol International Language Campus. As an Accommodation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of student accommodation and providing exceptional customer service to our international students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment, re-registration, and monitoring of suitable homestay and private home accommodation.
  • Lead a team of full-time and part-time homestay coordinators, recruiters, and visitors to ensure targets are met and daily, weekly, and quarterly deadlines are achieved.
  • Ensure students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EF Gold Standards and in accordance with EF Bristol's safeguarding policy for under 18s.
  • Handle student queries regarding accommodation and log them appropriately, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor student evaluations of accommodation and respond to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers.

  • Proven team management experience and leadership skills.

  • Confident with IT and different systems.
  • Flexible approach to work and hours of work.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
