About the Role

iQ Student Accommodation is a leading provider of student accommodation in the UK, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our 30,000 students across 76 sites in 29 cities.

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Operations Manager to oversee the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of our sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance, managing multiple sites, and promoting resident satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and improve resident satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of site managers to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular financial performance reviews and provide actionable insights to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events and activities to enhance the resident experience
