About the Role:
iQ Student Accommodation is a leading provider of student accommodation in the UK, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our 30,000 students across 76 sites in 29 UK cities.
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of our sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to make a real impact on our students' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive site performance and resident satisfaction.
- Manage multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement proactive and strategic approaches to people planning, resident satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular financial performance reviews and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Ensure resident welfare and provide support services as needed.
- Manage and monitor compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
- Oversee the scheduling of planned maintenance and reporting processes.
