About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accommodation Manager to join our team at EF Bristol International Language Campus. As a key member of our customer satisfaction team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the logistics of our student accommodation services, ensuring a true "home away from home" experience for our international students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment, re-registration, and monitoring of suitable homestay and private home accommodation.
  • Lead a team of full-time and part-time homestay coordinators, recruiters, and visitors, providing guidance and ensuring daily, weekly, and quarterly deadlines are met.
  • Ensure students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EF Gold Standards and in accordance with EF Bristol's safeguarding policy for under 18s.
  • Handle student queries regarding accommodation, logging and resolving them with excellent customer service.
  • Monitor student evaluations of accommodation and respond to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers.
Requirements
  • Proven team management experience and leadership skills.
  • Ability to ensure personal and team KPIs are met.
  • Motivated by working with challenging targets.
  • Sales-oriented with a flexible approach to work and hours.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
  • Enjoys working in a busy and varied environment.
