Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Smart Recruitment Solutions Yeovil. This is a part-time opportunity to work in a well-established business in Weymouth, with a focus on managing the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative activities, including filing systems and developing new systems
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures, dealing with staff issues and supporting staff career development
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained, identify needs, and acquire supplies
  • Manage space and infrastructure, and coordinate moves, additions, and changes to workstations
  • Handle correspondence, provide administrative support, and serve as the main point of contact in the reception area
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and book travel
  • Prepare reports and presentations to senior management, and review complaints and grievances
