Office Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Smart Recruitment Solutions Yeovil Careers. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative activities, filing systems, and developing new systems.
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures, deal with staff issues, and support staff career development.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained, identify needs, and acquire supplies.
- Manage space and infrastructure, and coordinate moves, additions, and changes to workstations.
- Handle correspondence, provide administrative support, and serve as the main point of contact in the reception area.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and book travel.
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management, and review complaints and grievances.
