Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at City Centre Recruitment. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our logistics and warehouse department.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement quality manuals to ISO standard and maintain accurate records for all systems.
- Utilize bespoke IT programs, such as Intact IQ, to manage billing, inventory, and transportation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with transport procedures and flexibility to accommodate unavoidable delays.
- Support the development of logistics processes, including process mapping and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Assist with forecasting stock requirements and placing orders with suppliers.
- Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
- IOSH training or similar certification.
- Secretarial, office, HR, or administrative qualification.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Valid UK driving license and passport or birth certificate with National Insurance proof.
