Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at City Centre Recruitment. As a key member of our Logistics & Warehouse department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain quality manuals to ISO standards.
- Manage records for all systems, utilizing bespoke IT programs (Intact IQ) to include billing of all sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure transport requirements and procedures are adhered to.
- Provide flexibility to accommodate unavoidable delays regarding delivery timings and collections.
- Support the development of logistics processes, including process mapping of Intact IQ processes, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and problem-solving processes.
- Assist with forecasting stock requirements.
- Place orders with suppliers, maintaining existing good relationships, and raise purchase orders and book-in stock on arrival.
- IOSH trained or similar.
- Secretarial, Office, HR, or administrative qualification.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platform.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passport or Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof.
- Valid UK Driving license.
