Business Administration Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our team at Altogether Care. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assisting in organising meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
- Supporting payroll functions to ensure staff are paid correctly and on time.
- Flexibility to work across the company as required.
- Contributing to various projects and tasks assigned by your line manager, supporting the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
- Punctual and professional in all aspects of your work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Willing to take direction and follow instructions.
- Understanding of the role and enthusiasm to learn about the social care sector.
- Commitment to both the company and your personal development throughout the apprenticeship.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR principles.
