About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our team at Altogether Care. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assisting in organising meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Supporting payroll functions to ensure staff are paid correctly and on time.
  • Flexibility to work across the company as required.
  • Contributing to various projects and tasks assigned by your line manager, supporting the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

  • Punctual and professional in all aspects of your work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Willing to take direction and follow instructions.
  • Understanding of the role and enthusiasm to learn about the social care sector.
  • Commitment to both the company and your personal development throughout the apprenticeship.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR principles.
