Operations Manager Assistant

Hydro International is a leading global provider of advanced products and services. We are seeking a dynamic Operations Administrator to join our team in Portland, Dorset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including project support, filing, document handling, typing, and ordering.
- Manage and maintain training records, ensuring employees have the correct and up-to-date qualifications and certificates.
- Obtain quotations for training and book training courses, as well as booking H&S tests for CSCS/ECS cards and applying for CSCS/ECS cards.
- Provide pre-course materials and communicate joining instructions to employees prior to courses.
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries, as well as booking accommodation and hire vehicles as required.
- Perform receptionist duties, including telephone and face-to-face client contact, and generate purchase orders as requested.
- Take on special projects as requested by the Operations Manager, ensuring duties are performed in accordance with relevant legislation, particularly the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
About You:
- Candidates should possess a current valid driving license.
- Excellent organizational skills are essential, as is administrative experience and excellent computer skills.
