Part Time Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Weymouth. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including establishing and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Deal with staff issues and support staff career development.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained, identify needs, and acquire supplies.
- Handle correspondence, provide administrative support, and serve as the main point of contact in the reception area.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and book travel.
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management, and review complaints and grievances.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced office manager who knows how to get the best out of a small team while having the work-life balance of a part-time role.
