Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Engineering team at Finsbury Food Group's Ultrapharm site in Pontypool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of site breakdowns and ensure a quick diagnosis with corrective action.
  • Ensure that the correct Health and Safety and Hygiene standards are followed at all times.
  • Adhere to good working practices throughout.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement culture, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce site waste and maintenance spends.

Requirements

  • Be a Time Served Apprentice or have an NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
  • Skills within both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Attention to detail.
  • Have previous experience in fault finding.
  • Achievement of their 18th edition electrical certification.
  • PLC proven programming capability.
  • Have the skills to be able to mentor and coach other Engineers.
  • General PC skills.
