Job Title: Food Quality and Safety Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Quality and Safety Inspector to join our team at Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage quality systems and food safety manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement quality training programs for employees, customers, and business improvement activities.
  3. Conduct regular quality audits and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure effective implementation of quality systems and food safety protocols.

Requirements:

  1. BS Degree in Science related discipline with a minimum of 8 years in QA or Food Manufacturing.

  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance to plant teams.
  5. Strong understanding of Sanitation Practices and Effectiveness verification.
  6. Experience with statistical tools and data interpretation.
