Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-skilled Engineer to join our Engineering team at Ultrapharm, a dedicated Gluten Free Bakery as part of Finsbury Food Group. As a key member of our cross-functional maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of site breakdowns and ensure quick diagnosis and corrective action
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and Hygiene standards at all times
  • Plan and execute maintenance activities to meet strict schedules and efficiency targets
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to reduce site waste and maintenance spends
  • Collaborate with production operators and other engineers to achieve continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Time Served Apprentice or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
  • Strong electrical and mechanical engineering skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach other engineers and production operators
  • General PC skills and experience with CMMS systems
