We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-skilled Engineer to join our Engineering team at Finsbury Food Group. As a key member of our cross-functional maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of site breakdowns and ensure quick diagnosis and corrective action.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and Hygiene standards at all times.
  • Plan and execute maintenance activities to meet strict schedules and efficiency targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our equipment and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Time-served apprentice or NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical engineering skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in fault finding and maintenance.
  • 18th edition electrical certification and PLC programming capability.
