Job Title: Food Quality and Safety Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Quality and Safety Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality processes to maintain a work environment where quality is a priority.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address policy and specification deviations.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Provide leadership in strategic planning and prioritization to achieve business results.
  • Develop and execute personal development plans for self and others.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Science related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years in QA or Food Manufacturing.
  • Proven skill and ability to manage day to day quality with review of quality records, SPC compliance, and provides direction for plant and product continuous improvement.
  • Ability to oversee the management and improvement of Quality Management Systems including documentation, control, and adherence to all food law and customer driven regulations.
  • Excellent understanding of Sanitation Practices and Effectiveness verification.
  • Experience with statistical tools, programs, and interpretation of data.
