Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Grundon. This is a full-time, permanent contract position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
About the RoleThis Business Development Manager opportunity will focus on driving sales growth within the waste industry, utilizing industry-leading facilities and emerging technologies. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and develop strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in sales roles, with a passion for the waste industry and its applications. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and service delivery
Grundon is a reputable company with a strong track record of awards and industry recognition. We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
